Shipping & Returns

Shipments:

All our orders are shipped as soon as possible to make sure your purchase reaches you as quickly as possible. The standard shipping method is UPS Ground which is usually delivered within the U.S. in 4-19 days after we ship. UPS delivers on business days only. We use various warehouses to ship products, and therefore delivery times can vary.

If any item in your order is delayed or back-ordered, we will ship the items as soon as they become available.

At this time we are unable to ship to APO/FPO or P.O. Box addresses.

All shipments must be inspected within 48 hours and reported to us within 48 hours if there are any damages to the package. We are not liable for shipment damages or claims if the customer does not inspect the product and report to us within this period. Customer must file claim with UPS/Fedex for any damages during shipping.
 

Returns:

NO RETURNS ON MONARCH WHEELS AND AMG 16 AND 17 CHROME WHEELS.  ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS FOR ANY REASON ON MONARCH WHEELS.

SOME WHEELS MAY REQUIRE SPACERS - THEY ARE NON REFUNDABLE BECAUSE OF SPACERS.

All Returns must first be approved by Mercwheels.com and must be clearly marked with our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number on the outside of the box. Returned Items that do not have this number on the box will be refused and shipped back to sender.

Returned Items must be in Original Packaging in Brand New Condition. You have 7 Days (ONE WEEK FROM ORDER DATE) for returns. Wheels that show indications that a tire was installed or wheels that have been used are non-returnable. We want to make this very clear, you must test fit the wheel -  make sure it's for your vehicle before putting on tires.

Wheels are not returnable unless there is actual fitment or they became damaged in transit.  We do not take returns if you buy wheels and wish to return right after. 

Most of our parts are aftermarket parts that you will be using at your own risk.  We provide information based on our experience and what we have learned.  We do not guarantee anything said by us will actually be reflected in real life settings or situations.  We are here to provide assistance; customer is responisible for installation, road use, or any other modifications that occur.

Any products that have been used or mounted will NOT be accepted for returns.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the sender, and credit will not be given until all returned items are received. Accepted returns will be credited the full purchase price less shipping and handling fees from the original transaction, some returns may be subject to a 20 - 45% restocking fee.

Returned Items will only be accepted for the following.

  • Fitment Issues: If for any reason your purchase does not fit or work on your vehicle we will accept returns if you provided vehicle information with your order. This is the only way that our experts can insure proper fitment for your vehicle. All other fitment issues are the responsibility of the purchaser. We will replace the item in question with an additional shipping and handling fee including the cost of shipping the original item back to us. 

     
  • Customer Satisfaction: At MW we are dedicated to your satisfaction. If you have any issues concerning your purchase we'd ask that you please call or email us to resolve the issue. If we can't resolve an issue with your purchase by replacement with a different item or application we will refund your purchase price less a 25- 45% restocking fee and any shipping and handling charges.
